  • Finally feeling more confident in the bee drills, change of direction, speed whilst rolling through the foot. Also thinking more about delaying placements. In solo practice it is certainly slowly improving. In social dancing I would imagine it will take a lot of repeating these daily footwork training drills, and contra-body positioning to fix it into my muscle memory. For me balance and posture needs attention so I will aim to find ways to help improve these
