10 Steps

• Analyze the 4 example variations using Chart A
• Analyze the 8 more variations of your choice using Chart A
• Experiment with combining the 4 example variations using Chart B
• Practice each of your 12 variations first in Bee Drill, then in Happy Birthday drill
• Practice and exchange ideas in a Practice Pod.
• Using Chart C, experiment with ways you can refine, modify, or stylize ONE variation
• Experiment with making this ONE styling variation musical in each basic pattern that it is viable in.
• Experiment with using this variation musically in 3 different genres of songs
• Post video of you explaining the modifications then demoing the refinements in pattern flow as often as possible for 30 seconds.
• Continue filling in Chart C for all your variations.
