Deon Harrell is a West Coast Swing Champion Leader and All-Star Follow who has performed, competed, and taught around the world. Known for his dynamic movement, musicality, connection, and groove, Deon brings an energetic yet intentional approach to every dance.
Whether on the competition floor, teaching workshops, or social dancing late into the night, he is passionate about helping dancers build confidence, refine their technique, and discover their own style. His teaching emphasizes strong fundamentals while encouraging creativity, authentic partnership, and self-expression.
Off the dance floor, Deon is a professional ASL-English interpreter and educator whose passion for communication naturally carries into his dancing and instruction. His goal is simple: create memorable experiences, inspire growth, and foster meaningful connections through dance.
